Well, that was fun! I enjoyed culling yarn that, realistically,
I have no immediate plans for.
I liked seeing Michelle take it under her wing.
My whole relationship with my yarn has improved.
I still have three nice-sized baskets full of yarn,
but it’s all yarn I like, and I have ideas for all of it.
This was so much fun that I think I’ll go through
knitting books and magazines, maybe clothes that
don’t fit anymore – who knows!
My new project is a scarf for my son’s birthday next week,
made from this gorgeous stuff:
Pattern comes from Jane Ellison’s Queensland Collection,
a book of mens’ patterns –
although I might make the cabled vest for myself!
