Retirement for TrendSpeak Phrases:

I’ve decided to retire a few phrases I’m thoroughly bored with.

First up: “It is what it is.”

If you have suggestions for other words or phrases that should be retired, let me know.

    any use of ‘aspect’ or ‘facet’ not actively connected to optics and / or lapidary.

    “My bad” has to be the worst phrase ever! Please retire it, bury it and let it rest in peace.
